We are expanding our platform to not only focus on dating but also on helping individuals find activity partners. As a volunteer with us, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating dynamic, supportive communities that bring people together for dating, activities, and meaningful interactions.

Volunteer as a Community Moderator

Help us create a warm and welcoming environment as a community moderator. In this role, you will oversee discussions, ensure respectful communication, and cultivate a friendly community atmosphere. Your guidance will help members feel comfortable and valued, making it easier for them to make genuine connections.

Lead Online Video Gatherings

We’re looking for charismatic volunteers to host online video gatherings. These events are central to our mission, offering members a chance to meet face-to-face in a virtual setting. As a host, you will facilitate activities and discussions, helping members connect and find potential matches or activity partners.

Manage Our Interactive Forums

Our forums are a crucial platform for members to exchange ideas, offer advice, and express their interests. Volunteers are needed to moderate these spaces, promoting lively and constructive conversations that help members find others with similar interests and goals.

Coordinate Exciting Activities

In our first stage of growth, Mingle Grove depends on members to create their own activities to meet in person. But as an activity arranger, you will suggest events that cater to a diverse range of interests—from outdoor adventures to cultural outings and online workshops. Your creativity and organizational skills will help ensure that members consider engaging opportunities for members to meet and connect over shared passions. (You won’t need to attend. Suggestions only.)

Participate on Our Review Board

Join our review board to help us uphold high community standards and foster continuous improvement. This role involves evaluating member feedback, assessing the effectiveness of activities, and suggesting enhancements to enrich the community experience.

The review board would benefit from having experts on social subjects consult on a volunteer basis. Your skills can help us shape a healthy and nourishing neighborhood.

• Community Growth Strategists to help us attract and retain members through effective outreach and engagement.
• Technical Support Specialists to provide assistance with any technical issues on our platform, ensuring all members have a seamless experience.
• Member Liaison Listeners to gather and relay member feedback to our management, helping us better understand and meet community needs.
